打网球左肩(网球正手收拍总是把球拍扛在肩上？大错特错)

在初学网球的时候教练总是强调最后收拍的时候把球拍扛在肩上，用非持拍手握住球拍。两个作用：

确保挥拍动作的完整性，防止击球出界，增加上刷的幅度，确保击球过网。非持拍手握住球拍形成必要的制动，避免挥拍太大、太用力，损伤肩膀。

但随着网球水平的提高，你应该意识到，并不是所有的正手击球都收拍到肩上。

正手击球的收拍位置

首先、你要知道随挥是击球动作的延续、收拍是结果，而不是刻意的动作。

不同的击球效果、挥拍轨迹会导致收拍位置不同。

收拍位置大致可以分为3种

1、肩部以上

当企图打出强烈的上旋球，挥拍轨迹偏垂直，收拍位置就较高，多在肩部以上。

以纳达尔超级上旋球为例。标志性的“绕头”动作并非刻意而为而是极度向上刷球的结果。

2、肩臂位置

想要打出穿透力十足的平击球，挥拍轨迹偏平直，充分向前推送，向前延伸，此时收拍位置多在肩臂位置。

相比纳达尔，以平击打法为主的费德勒的收拍位置明显就低很多。

3、肩臂以下

如果想要打出旋转很足但又比较薄的角度球或脚边球，利用小臂内旋使拍头在身前向上向前划出一个圆弧，最后收拍位置较低，多在肩臂下方。

在学习网球的不同阶段、由于侧重点不同，教练会进行针对性的教导。也许有些指导对于当时的你是有效的，但现在未必适用。
